Reasonable Accommodation

Reasonable Accommodation is a logical, permanent adjustment made to a job and/or the work environment that enables a qualified disabled person to perform the essential functions of that position.

A Reasonable Accommodation is considered when the employer is made aware of a disability that precludes an employee from performing the essential functions of his/her job.
