Course Objective
To provide participants an understanding of RA

Course Description
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) require employers to reasonably accommodate job applicants and qualified employees with disabilities. The purpose of reasonable accommodation is to enable all individuals to enjoy the equal benefits and privileges of employment.

You will learn how the reasonable accommodation process works, who qualifies for reasonable accommodation, the definition of disability, your role in the reasonable accommodation process, about confidentiality and privacy in reasonable accommodation, and examples of accommodations.

Fees
The course is $0.00 per student. (No Charge to State Agencies)

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel students up to 3 days prior to class. Substitute students on the day of the class are acceptable.
