The main duties of the $Mart Managers are:
- Lead periodic roundtable discussions focused on improving the electronic marketplace.
- Receive, evaluate and approve participation proposals periodically for the electronic marketplace.
- Receive, negotiate, and approve different financing plans for use in the electronic marketplace.
- Maintain, update, and revise the information posted in the electronic marketplace on a weekly basis.
- File IRS 8038-G/GC forms for tax exempt contracts with the federal Internal Revenue Service.
- Provide consultation and training services on financing and the electronic marketplace.
- Make presentations on the electronic marketplace.
- Continuously review new technology and potential uses of the electronic marketplace.
- Continuously monitor the marketplace for security, professional behavior, and optimum operations.
