Welcome to GS $Mart® (pronounced G S Smart), California's award winning innovative concept for lease purchase financing. This financial marketplace is designed to facilitate State of California and local government installment or lease purchases, and meets all requirements of a competitively bid process. The goal is to make lease purchase financing easier than financing automobiles and mortgages. The participating lenders have been qualified for doing business with the State of California and the financing plans have been streamlined for easy reading and understanding.
